How does this work?

Your orders placed through our website are directly sent to the restaurant. The restaurant may call you for order confirmation and payment or you can pay on delivery. The restaurant directly handles all transactions and deliveries. No Middlemen. No Commissions from Restaurants.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, it is mandatory to register and log in with your mobile number to place an order.

I have placed the order. Does it mean my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed the order, you may get a call from the restaurant to confirm your order, delivery option and the total amount, post which the order status will change from pending to confirmed. Taxes and delivery charges may depend on restaurant policy.

Will I receive messages about the status of my order?

Yes! You will receive messages once the order has been placed, confirmed/ declined and is out for delivery.

What if I have to make changes to the order?

Kindly contact the restaurant for the same.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We only assist in direct orders to the restaurants and do not handle any transactions. All transactions are strictly handled directly by the restaurants. Most restaurants will accept GPay, PayTM, Cash on Delivery etc.

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes! There is an option for that. Just select the self pick-up option on checkout.

Does my cart value include delivery charges?

No! Additional Standard delivery charges may be applicable. Kindly check in the restaurant's detail page for the same. You will also be informed about the same during the confirmation call by the restaurant.

Will I be able to schedule my delivery date and time?

Yes. Kindly choose for scheduled delivery option on checkout. It's always good to plan in advance.

How do I request for a refund?

We do not handle any transactions. Kindly contact the restaurant for the same.

How and where should I pay?

Kindly make the transaction ONLY on the number mentioned on the order confirmation page. If the restaurant supports, you may opt for COD as well.
